Shipping

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $200 – New Zealand wide (Excluding oversized items where its stated on the product listing: (Please note due to the package size of the fitting you will need to collect from your local shipping depot or one of our stores)
  • Your delivery cost will be displayed at checkout if the order is below our $200 free shipping
  • No delivery to PO boxes
  • Dispatch notification will be sent with tracking information once the item/s have been picked and are ready for dispatch (NZ COURIERS)
  • Most items are dispatched from our central distribution in Auckland, however at times stock may be distributed from a branch in your local area
  • Expected delivery times: we aim to deliver within 10 days, rural delivery times apply.
  • Timeframes can vary during any large sale event due to high volumes and processing times, if your order is urgent then we advise liaising directly with your local branch during these events. Find your closest branch here: https://lightingdirect.co.nz/stores-near-you/
  • For any urgent requests email online@lightingdirect.co.nz with subject line “URGENT RESPONSE” and we will do our best to prioritise these requests
  • To the extent permitted by law, we don’t accept any liability for the goods ordered and/or loss or damage incurred by any person in relation to your order once it has been received by the courier for delivery to you.
  • All orders are delivered by courier (signature required unless specifically specified on your order as a note) this is your responsibility. We suggest you get your lights delivered to an address where someone will be available to sign. If the delivery address is unattended the couriers are authorised to leave items in what they deem to be a secure place at that address. If no secure place is found a card to call will be left.

REMOTE DELIVERIES

  • If you live in a remote location then usual delivery times may vary, the courier may also arrange for goods to be collected from a collection point.
  • Extra fee may apply for oversized items to be shipped from the depot

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Contact online@lightingdirect.co.nz with your request and the product/s looking at purchasing, we can look at sending goods to a freight forwarding service organised by you.
