Returns

Lighting Directs offers a 14 day right of return policy to our online customers. We realise things might not look as you expected once in your home, that’s why we offer a return if you find your purchase is not suitable for it's intended use. 
 
The following conditions need to be met:

•             The purchase was made within the last 14 days online (return freight at customers cost)
•             The product is still in its original condition, has its original packing and has not been installed
•             Proof of purchase
 
The products can be returned by getting in contact with us at online@lightingdirect.co.nz (refunds for online sales are not available in store). Shipping costs will not be refunded.
